Horsefeathers 提供「滑雪服清潔保養服務」：

一、服務對象
本服務僅適用於 Horsefeathers 直營門市及授權經銷通路購買之商品，並須以 HF 會員帳號登入完成下單與申請。


二、服務流程說明
1. 商品寄回後，由作業單位進行狀況確認與建檔
2. 確認完成後，安排專業清潔送洗
3. 清潔完成後寄回給顧客，整體作業時間約10~12 個工作天
若為門市送件，門市人員將協助收件並進行基本服務說明，流程與寄件作業同步。

三、重要提醒事項
* 本清潔保養服務 僅限 Horsefeathers 品牌商品，恕不受理其他品牌服飾。
* 清潔保養屬維護性服務，無法保證商品恢復至全新狀態。
* 因商品使用年限、穿著習慣、保存方式及原有耗損狀況不同，若商品本身已存在老化、破損或非正常使用痕跡，清潔後風險需由顧客自行承擔。
* 清潔過程中如因材質特性或既有狀況所導致之結果，恕不提供退換貨、賠償或重製服務。
